A quick note!

Thank you for purchasing our Rain Jacket - the first of its kind specifically designed for wider hips!

Here is a quick note regarding the functions of its zippers:

The jacket features a pair of super durable & high-quality YKK zippers, so it can be zipped both up and down:

To ensure they function properly, when zipping from bottom to top, please make sure to push both zippers all the way down, and insert the silver metal piece ALL THE WAY in:

It should look like this:

When the silver piece is all the way in, it will zip up super smoothly - as you can see, the two silver metal pieces are perfectly in line with each other:

When the silver metal piece is NOT all the way in, the zipper can still function, but it will be less smooth - in this case, the two silver pieces will look like this:
